13. Confrontation

-Fructaria’s Core, Jalapeño’s headquarters- Dr. Jalapeño reveals his true identity, he was one of PJ’s creator former experiments. Created to assist the scientist in coming up with new technological solutions to the food crisis. However things went wrong and he was about to be executed because it was deemed too dangerous by the scientist community as he tried to destroy the entire lab after realizing the meaning of his existence. Before his execution he managed to escape in one of the small ships PJ used to also escape and also landed in Fructaria, where he secretly built the underwater city throughout the years and used the core’s volcanic chemicals to create toxic serums that he could use to inject the kidnapped fruits and then export to Zoorus as processed food to poison all their habitants and stop the entire civilization altogether. Dr. Jalapeño tries to convince PJ to join him, that they would’ve done the same to him if he didn’t escape, and that the sacrifice of a small planet is a price worth paying in exchange for the intergalactic resource exploitation to cease forever. PJ thinks in all of this for a second, but then he looks to his friend, and decides not to join Jalapeño, and so the final battle begins. As Jalapeño becomes aware of PJ’s power, he tries to escape but PJ turns into a ship an attaches Tosey into his back. There’s a big persecution through the volcanic tunnels until they come out of a volcano and take the battle to the sky. Jalapeño makes a desperate move and dives at maximum velocity into the kid’s village. As PJ’s not fast enough to stop Jalapeño from crashing, Tosey activates his acquired power to use himself as a projectile and hit jalapeno before he hits the village, causing a huge explosion and some buildings destroyed from the falling debris.
