09. The Lab

-Underwater City’s laboratory- The secret gate leads into a subterranean lab, an eerie atmosphere surrounds the place. PJ then discovers the horrible fate of the missing fruits as he enters into a room full of class containers where heavily deformed fruits are being held under a sedative that keeps them motionless. Devastated and enraged PJ finds his way into the main control room where two scientists that are supposed to monitor all the security cameras are playing a chess game. PJ violently interrupts them and interrogates them about his friend, they tell PJ that they saw a small fruit been taken to the city a couple minutes ago. PJ’s eyes start glowing in pure red, he’s ready to shoot but he suddenly remembers the scientist that created him back home as he stares into him and stops inmediately. One of the scientists reveals that he should go to “El nucleo”, a clandestine tavern located in the other end of the city, to find more answers.
